The Full Story

With 17 years of teaching experience, my journey with Pilates began through my own rehabilitation after an accident. I experienced firsthand the therapeutic benefits Pilates offers for healing and building strength. This personal insight drives my passion for helping others, particularly those transitioning from post-surgical physical therapy, such as joint replacements or recovering from back and neck injuries.

At Core Connection, I focus on functional movement to maintain strength and flexibility for daily life. Through core strengthening, balance improvement, and low-impact, joint-friendly exercises, I help clients achieve muscle balance and prevent injury, promoting long-term well-being.
